Spinning
Our modern plant houses advanced textile spinning machines including a Vortex spinning unit, which allow us to produce smooth, uniform and high-quality yarns. We procure superior-quality fibers from trusted suppliers to produce yarns in various counts.
Our quality assurance team rigorously tests the yarn for various quality parameters to ensure smooth finish, improved performance and resilience, contributing to the overall quality and durability of our end products.

Weaving Preparatory
Our weaving preparatory unit is equipped with hi-tech machinery that lays the foundation for superior fabric production. Our modern facility houses 6 automatic warping machines and 2 sizing machines to ensure optimal yarn alignment, strength and readiness for high-speed weaving operations. Our weaving preparatory facility at Fortune Weaving Mill is capable of processing 450000tons of sized yarn month-on-month.
Weaving
Fortune Weaving Mill houses 124 Airjet looms, each equipped with 7 shafts, with the capability to produce 1 lakh metres per day of narrow-width fabrics, especially Rayon fabrics up to 63" width, and 40,000 metres per day of wider-width fabrics (100” to 144”) using 2 to 6 colours.
Additionally, our facility also has 96 wider-width Sulzer weaving machines featuring reed spaces of 130" and 153", enabling us to produce extra-wide, high-quality fabrics for diverse applications.
